Open House & Ed

I’ve been helping Tim and Kim with their Open House. They decided to make it a 3 day event since there were so many they wanted to invite, and they wanted to be able to visit with everyone. The folks from their neighborhood were invited Friday night…. and it was a wonderful success. Saturday afternoon was just as grand with visits from friends and neighbors of Kim and her family. Today is our day – family and friends of Tim and Kim. The house is absolutely beautiful and the feeling of warmth and love can be felt in every room. They both have done a wonderful job, and Kim’s decorating ideas have all turned out great.

We enjoyed watching the tape that brother Bob sent. It is part of the Penguin game where they said hello to Uncle Ed Lynch in CT who was recovering from surgery. Our niece Lynn, (Bob’s daughter) works for Fox Sports, so she asked if they would mention Ed’s name during the game – and that he was born and raised in Pittsburgh, and has been a big fan of the Penguins. It was so nice, and I know Ed was thrilled.
