Chubby and Safe Melinda
Yesterday, Melinda had minor surgery at Build-A-Bear to have an AirTag (a chip locator thingy) put inside her. Tim bought it a while ago and thought it would be a good idea to help keep her safe. If someone stole her, the AirTag would be able to locate where she is and we would put out an APB.
As the picture shows, she is very happy and didn’t need anesthesia even though I did ask if they could add a little more stuffing to her. She will be 19 years old in August and was starting to get mushy, like all of us.
Her arms are stronger and even her abs are looking good after more stuffing
As you can see, her dress will not close…. too many cookies and she is ‘stuffed’
I guess I am a little late to say that Melinda looks amazing after her surgery!

Funny thing is…. after her surgery, I got a notice that the AirTag battery was low and I needed to replace it. Poor Melinda! This time I did the surgery, replaced the battery, sewed her back up and now she is good to go for about a year. She is safe!
