Black Friday
I’ve always vowed to never shop on the Friday after Thansgiving, but I did. It was such a beautiful day that we wanted to be outside enjoying it, so we went to one of the newer outdoor malls in the area. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, and even though I didn’t find any bargains, it was nice to be in the sunshine.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving day, and even though we miss our families in Pittsburgh and St. Louis, we are grateful to call Kim’s family our own.
Baby Griffin kept us entertained and it was fun to watch him doing his balancing act as he learns to walk. He had us in hysterics as he did his ‘muscle man’ face. He squeezes his little fists and holds his breath and makes the cutest face.
Ed’s stuffing was a big hit and it even made the rounds a second time. There was a little scare at first when Rosemary took her stuffing and said “oh my god, Ed, what is in my stuffing” She passed it around the table while Ed was sweating bullets, but it turned out to be a fake finger.
