Neighbor Phil Funeral
Our last visit with Phil was a difficult one to even think about, but having Tim and Kim with us was a great comfort. Phil had a large family and many who loved him, so when we approached the funeral home we should not have been surprised to see the line going out the door and into the parking lot.
At the service, two of Phil’s granddaughters talked about their ‘pepere’s (grandpa’s) life and what he meant to all of them. There was laughter and tears listening to them and near the end they said that he loved his family, his friends and his neighbors – especially one he called ‘Mr. Ed’
Rest in Peace, Phil…. we will miss you.

It will be quite a while before she is up and around. Aunt Edna is in a nursing home with a fractured neck. She is working hard to get better and be back in her own home.
