Dr. Siegel – Oncologist
Much to my surprise, last night at 7:30 Dr. Siegel called – not his secretary, not his nurse, but Dr. Siegel. He apologized for not being in touch sooner and explained he was on vacation. We knew, from Andrew, that he is a very caring and compassionate doctor and that certainly was evident with his call.
He asked about Ed and how he was doing and then said his office would call today to get us in sooner to see him. I know I sat holding the phone long after we hung up…. feeling relief and knowing we are in good hands.
Ed has been feeling okay except for the pain in his knee and back. Taking a few Tylenol Arthritis pills helps him get through the day.
