Chemo #3 – DONE
Feeling so good for many reasons. Not only did the treatment go smoothly today, but I had a terrific week. My eyes were open every minute of the day and I was able to do some things around the condo. Never thought I was ever going to feel good again. Still not at top notch speed, but I can't expect to be after all that went on.
Today was the first time a doctor said that it's not normal to have fatigue that long and that severe. It took Ed, Tim and Kim telling them how bad I was for someone to listen. I don't think they believed I was as bad as I was. This doctor said when I'm like that, we should call. Well… we did call but was told I needed to drink more fluids. Now, I think we all learned to be more aggressive and speak up.
I have one more treatment with these two drugs and then will move on to the single drug every two weeks for two months. Making progress!
Thanks to everyone for all you've done for me. It means so much to know so many are right there with me and thinking and praying all the time.
Love you all and Merry Christmas
Linda
