We need prayers that this latest issue is a minor setback for Ed. The doctor, in rehab, did a test called a sedimentation rate test and his was very high. It can mean many things, but one is a sign of infection even though his white cells are good and he hasn’t had a temperature or any outward signs of infection at the incision. The surgeon wants to see him on Thursday, in Hartford, and we’ll be going by ambulance to get there. Ed said he felt he may be getting admitted to the hospital and is ok if that happens. That was on my mind, as well, but never said anything to him. We shall see what tomorrow brings.
