Another Strange Day

Today was pretty much the same as yesterday with him being alert and then sleeping. When I was there in the morning, he was doing ok and we even played cards. Later he wanted to wash up and when they got him back in bed he drifted in and out of sleep for about an hour. I couldn’t even get him awake to play cards, but when the phone rang and announced it was Dan, he woke up and talked like nothing was going on prior to that. Kim saw him in the evening and he said he had a nice time with her and was awake the entire time… maybe it’s me that puts him to sleep!!! He definitely has to get up from that bed and start moving or he’ll never be able to regain his strength. I’m hoping they convince him to go to rehab, even if it’s not the same one he was at before.
