Our Disney Trip

Last week we spent time with my sister Shirley, her husband Jim, my brother Bruce, and his wife Jody in Disney World. We had a wonderful time and even though we were a group of ‘seniors’ (except for Jody) we did a lot of walking, riding and shopping.

Melinda is a gift from Tim and Kim while we were in Pittsburgh in May. She is adorable and, she had her own seat on the plane to Disney. She brought a smile to not only the faces of children, but also adults. Her tennis shoes actually light up like those the kids wear today.

Ed had a ball, and had more energy than all of us put together. It’s great to see that the surgery was not only successful, but gave him back a quality of life he was missing for quite a while.
