Dave’s Day

A beautiful day filled with sunshine and the smell of spring. Dave’s favorite time of year. Today, family and friends gathered for his Celebration of Life. It was a day of laughter, tears, and memories of a life much too short. My heart ached. No parent should ever have to experience the loss of their child – it is not right, it is not fair. Dave is in Heaven with his brother Paul… and I’m sure Heaven will never be the same.
