Valentine’s Day Dinner

Saturday night we celebrated the annual Valentine’s Day Dinner at Lynch Ledge. Kim and Tim make this an evening we all look forward to. The romantic couples were Mike & Rosanne (Kim’s Parents), Augie & Tootsie (Kim’s Aunt & Uncle), Larry & Laurie (Ali’s Parents) and the Lynch’s – Tim, Kim, Ed & Linda. The food, decorations, table settings, candles, music and conversations were the best. The pictures don’t even begin to capture how beautiful the table looked. There was a pink heart with red glitter initials placed on each napkin, the tablecloth was red with sparkles and red foil hearts spread all over. Kim had a wide selection of food with the best being her traditional meatball! We had vegetable soup, lasagna, some italian pasta (I can’t remember the name), bread, salad, and a choice of desserts…. chocolate lava cake, strawberry shortcake, lemon sorbet, orange sherbet or vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious. Thank you Kim and Tim for a wonderful evening.
