Taking a Walk

Ed took his first ‘big’ walk today to get the mail. He wanted to do it alone but I was prepared, with keys in hand, to go and rescue him. I waited by the window for what seemed an eternity and then I saw this lonely figure pop in between the trees. It took him a long time, but he did it.

He is feeling good even with the cough that continues to come out of nowhere. No fever, no headaches and the leg is feeling better every day.
