A Dream Come True

On Saturday, we were at the Nationwide Nascar race. It’s unbelievable how up close and personal we were. Our nephew, Jim Schneider, works at Citifinancial and was able to get us passes since they sponsor the #16 car driven by Greg Biffle. Not only did we have passes to the race, but we stayed in the motorcoach, toured the garage area, and walked pit road where the cars and drivers were. It’s all so hard to describe. I actually sat in the pit box next to Greg Biffle’s wife and saw the pit stop happening right at my feet.

Jim is the husband of Karen (Joan & Rege’s daughter) and the father of Kelsey and Jimmy. We not only enjoyed the race, but enjoyed spending time with Jim, Karen and Jimmy…. it was a blast!
