Ed and Mike

Ed had a scare this morning when he thought he was having a heart attack.  He had pain in his left arm and across his chest.  After doing an EKG and wearing a monitor they determined that his heart was fine and the pain was coming from his back, traveling up his arm and across his chest.
The fever is gone and the temps have been normal since yesterday.  He thinks whenever the back acts up – the fever starts, so they are keeping him on pain meds and it seems to be helping.

Kim’s dad, Mike, has been having problems with his breathing a little more ever since his bout with pneumonia earlier in the year.  He’s been on oxygen 24/7 and will probably need a boost in that after they do a few more tests this week.  He said he feels okay but he can tell it’s more difficult to breath now.
