Ed’s 70th Birthday In Bost

From the time we arrived until we left, the Marriott treated us like royalty. We were in a beautiful huge room overlooking the water. Later in the day we took the sunset cruise and were treated to a nightly event where they lower the flag and fire the cannon on the USS Constitution.

His 70th Birthday – he made it. Took a little persuading but I got him to wear the blinking birthday necklace and the pin that said “Happy Birthday to Me”

He had so many people wishing him a Happy Birthday when they saw him.

**We took the trolley tour of the city to be able to get to Fenway Park**

It was a fun time and we did get to do a lot of things. At the end of the birthday boy’s big day – the hotel sent a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
