No emergencies this time! No fire alarm, no allergic reations just a nice, calm and peaceful day. Tuesday chemo #5 a new drug Taxol, and I was a little apprehensive. They pump you up with a lot of different drugs before starting the Taxol to help you tolerate it. Today was another breeze as far as everything went well and I was home in 3 hours. No unexpected happenings, so we can chalk off the first four treatments as done and move on to the last four. Since the last two treatments were only at 50% strength, even though I knew the answer, I asked if it was protecting me.
