Up and Walking

Ed was looking good today, still has some rough periods trying to cough up some of the nasties in his lungs. He’s been walking around the hallways every few hours and actually made it all the way to the waiting room where we’ve been sitting…

All his tubes have been taken out along with the catheter so he’s been up and down going to the bathroom. Brought him a CD player and an Audio book “The Gunslinger” by Stephen King to pass the time when we’re not there.

Ed’s been receiving the email cards from the hospital and we are saving each one to tape to his bedroom door when he gets home.
